By creating a Namecare account or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. This may include changes to pricing; in such case modifications become effective upon renewal of your current subscription term. Should any changes occur, we will keep you informed by updating this page. All revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

When using Namecare, you agree not to:
1. Modify, copy, decompile, prepare derivative works of, or reverse engineer Namecare or any included software and materials.The intellectual property within Namecare's materials belongs to us. You are granted a license to download and view Namecare on your mobile device for personal use only. This license will terminate automatically if you violate these Terms, and we retain the right to terminate it at any time.
Payment for the pro version will be charged to your iTunes account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You will be billed monthly. You can turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Namecare is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We and our suppliers are not liable for any consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use Namecare, including domain name expirations, lost domain names, or technical issues, including those related to domain databases.
In the context of these Terms, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your Namecare account and usage rights immediately for any breach of these Terms.
If any part of these Terms is deemed void or unenforceable, that part will be severed, but the rest of the Terms remain valid.
